The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center provides a multidisciplinary approach

to the treatment of cancer, including head and neck oncology.

​Dr. Witt is the Director of the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Oncology Clinic.
​ This clinic provides state-of-the-art cancer management strategies through a synthesis of opinions from the contributing specialties of head and neck surgery, radiation oncology, medical oncology,
oral surgery, dentistry, plastic and reconstructive surgery, prothodontics, psychology, social service and nutrition. The patient is evaluated in one setting by multiple specialists from the various disciplines providing a seamless continuity of care, obviating the need to visit multiple physicians on sequential days. The Graham Cancer Center provides the venue for the latest national research protocols.

Dr. Witt is active in salivary gland tissue engineering with the Center for Translational Research (CTCR) and the Delaware Health Science Alliance (DHSA) in conjunction with scientists (biologists and tissue engineers) at the University of Delaware, Rice University and the National Institute of Health (NIH).
